The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by NINABOT Sàrl in Switzerland, behind the Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) delivery network, which acts as a technical intermediary (traffic protection and routing).

We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). Data controller: NINABOT Sàrl, Geneva.
Data collected and purposes
Application — identity, contact details, company name, UID, LinkedIn profile and motivations: solely to process your admission. A rejected application is deleted at the latest 12 months after the decision.
Member account — profile, needs/offers, referrals and mutual ratings: to run the network (members-only directory, introductions, deal statistics).
Public profile (opt-in) — if you enable it, your Boss Profile page (name, company, category, bio, LinkedIn) is public and indexed by search engines. Can be disabled at any time from your profile.
Cost items survey — optional answers, used in aggregate to negotiate group purchasing terms.
Emails — magic link/code sign-in and notifications, sent via Resend, Inc. (servers in the European Union, eu-west-1).
Cookies — one technical session cookie (required to sign in) and one language preference cookie. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no data resale.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, as well as closure of your account, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Competent supervisory authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Liability
Information published by members (profiles, needs/offers, referrals) is their own responsibility. NINABOT Sàrl verifies companies' registration in the commercial register upon admission but guarantees neither the outcome nor the value of introductions made within the network.
